Solidarities Challenges: teams that change the world


From the Telefónica Volunteers Program, we launched solidarity challenges both to people who work at Telefónica and to anyone interested in changing the world.

Collaborate with us in this solidary and sports platform to support social initiatives and give visibility to vulnerable groups.

With the effort of everyone and the support of technology, we are connecting people and promoting sport as a value carrier.

Your healthy and sports area


Having a healthy live is having an active live and, to help you, we will measure your activity every day.

We will transform your movements (cumulated distance, kilometers by bicycle, indoor activity, etc.) into virtual steps , and all this activity will make you get to the 10.000 steps, which Official Organisms recommend to have a healthy live.

To monitor this activity you just need to use one of these apps Google Fit or FitBit (for Android) & Apple Health or Fitbit (for iOS). You can download and use the Fitbit app without a Fitbit wristband.

In addition to acumulate steps in your healthy area, you will be able to monitor your sport sessions in four modalities: running, walking, cycling and swimming.

Every time you go out to do any of those activities you will need to open your sports app (Strava, Fitbit, Apple Health, Garmin, Polar, etc.) activate your workout session and stop it when you finish.

We will monitor your distance, time and rhythm for every session.
